Inspection by Appointment Cancellation Policy

Please visit the IBA appointment calendar in your contractor dashboard to request a cancellation. All cancellations received 72 hours prior to the scheduled inspection will be credited 90% of the inspection deposit.

No refunds will be issued if the form is not completed or it is received by Code Enforcement less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled inspection time.
