EPS/EPR/EPM

Electronic Plan Submittal, Electronic Plan Review, Electronic Plan Management (EPS/EPR/EPM) is the on-line program through which architects, engineers and/or designers electronically submit their construction drawings and supporting documents to Mecklenburg County Code Enforcement (MCCE) for review, approval and subsequent issuance of the required construction permits.

Electronic Plan Review (EPR) is the review of digital construction drawings by MCCE, the City of Charlotte, and other City and County agencies for compliance with the technical codes and local ordinances. With software, the drawings are marked for corrections, or comments that can allow the project to be Approved as Noted (AAN).

Electronic Plan Management System (EPM) is a work flow tool that provides architects, engineers, and/or designers the ability to manage their projects during the plan review and permitting processes.  EPM has features that allow you to submit commercial applications online and provides real-time tracking of your project as it progresses from estimation, scheduling, gate, plan review to permits.
