Statistical Data
Our processes are almost completely paperless, and that allows for data reporting and query tools that we like to share with our customers. The following data tools and reports are available for public use:
Building Permits Issued Daily: a tool that allows for queries of commercial and residential building permits
Inspection Failure Reports: a variety of queryable reports surrounding inspection failures
Monthly Statistical Reports: a report of key data for the division that is presented monthly to the Building Development Commission, Mecklenburg County's advisory board
Online Document Research: Search for a variety of building records for our retention period of the last six years, including Certificates of Occupancy, Certificates of Compliance, and permit applications.
