Beginning Thursday, April 24th, Mecklenburg County will no longer accept new applications for residential projects requiring plan review, residential projects not requiring plan review, or residential master plan projects through POSSE Outrider, also known as the contractor dashboard. Customers should submit applications for these project types using Accela. More information on which projects require submission through Accela on meckpermit.com.
