Mecklenburg County Code Enforcement Policies Pertaining to A/Es
Beginning the week of Feb. 25th, Mecklenburg County will no longer accept new applications for small commercial projects, new trade permits (commercial or residential), or equipment changeouts or trade internet permits (TIPS) (commercial or residential) through POSSE Outrider, also known as the contractor dashboard. Customers should submit applications for these project types using Accela. More information on our Accela page.
